New Years Resolutions - A Word From Spirit

In a similiar vain to last week's message, I asked spirit for their thoughts on the outdated craze of New Year's resolutions and the idea of each year being a fresh start. Spoiler alert: the last sentence might give away the entire tone of this channelling.

They said:

In our humble opinion, New Year's Resolutions aren't and shouldn't be a thing, because where we are, time is of no consequence anyway. We don't really have a timescale like the one you recognise on earth, and it takes a lot of the pressure off, believe us.

When we reincarnate, we choose to do so to experience a specific time period and to make the most of it without boundaries and limitations, so that is what we're asking you to do today: live without boundaries and limitations. Don't put pressure on yourself to achieve the unachievable. Don't subscribe to trends, unless you want to, of course. This year is about making the most of it on your own terms whatever they may be. So have fun, do whatever it is that inspires you, and most of all, be good to each other, because goodness is what matters most in this world. Sprinkle a little kindness as well - you never know, it might alter somebody's day completely. And be yourself!
